The Challenge
Before Treefrog adopted Plooto as their accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) solution, they used a credit card processing software almost exclusively to manage collections from recurring monthly payments to one-time payments.
This method created bottlenecks with a lack of visibility on the collections, timing, and assurance of the collections. Plus, the cost on top of every dollar collected was taken by the credit card processing software.

The features, in general, are very user-friendly, but the one feature that does stand out to me is the list of current and future dated transactions.
Treefrog is now saving time and has escaped from different financial bottlenecks within the financial management process, as Plooto provides an auto reconciliation with popular accounting software, one being the software that Treefrog uses.
The connectivity between our accounting system also reduces the lag time of reconciliations.
Additionally, Plooto offers various payment collection options besides credit cards allowing the company to save three percent on every dollar collected, which was a " game-changer" for the company. Furthermore, the entire finance team is now saving ample time managing payments and receivables with minimal effort and lag time.
