Client Permission & Release Agreement

By signing up for the Partner Program, the Client grants Plooto Inc. permission to use the Client’s name and logo for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to:

• Display on the Plooto website
• Marketing materials (digital or print)
• Case studies, presentations, and proposals

The Client agrees that their name and logo may be displayed:

• As part of a “Clients” or “Partners” section
• On web pages highlighting use cases, testimonials, or success stories
• In non-defamatory, non-misleading contexts only
• Without material modification to the logo (unless otherwise approved)

The Client retains all rights, title, and interest to its name and logo. This permission is non-exclusive and royalty-free.

Permission remains in effect until the Client provides written notice requesting removal after which Plooto will remove the logo from its website as soon as reasonably practicable, but no later than 30 days after request. Plooto will also cease producing new materials with the Client’s logo but Plooto will not be required to take active steps to remove Client’s logo from any materials previously published.

By signing up for the Partner Program, the Client confirms they have the authority to grant this permission on behalf of their organization.
